Position Overview
Fish Window Cleaning – East Houston is looking for a dependable, motivated Operations Lead who can flex between field operations and sales depending on the needs of the business.
This is a hands-on role. Some weeks may be more focused on window cleaning and supporting the field team, while other weeks may include more estimating, prospecting, customer follow-up, and sales activity.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working both in the field and with customers, takes initiative, and is interested in growing into a larger leadership role as the business grows.
Part-Time: 25–30 hours/week
Pay: $17/hour + sales commission

Job Description:
Field Operations
Field Operations
- Perform residential and commercial window cleaning
- Support daily cleaning routes as needed
- Help ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Communicate professionally with customers while on-site
- Assist with equipment, vehicle, and supply organization
- Help support other field employees as needed
- Assist with resolving minor customer or operational issues
Sales & Customer Growth
- Visit local businesses and provide window-cleaning estimates
- Prospect for new commercial and residential customers
- Follow up on estimates and potential customers
- Build relationships with local businesses and property managers
- Identify new sales opportunities while working in the field
- Maintain accurate information on sales activity and follow-up
- Help reactivate previous customers and grow recurring accounts
Operations Support
- Help the owner with day-to-day operational needs
- Step into different responsibilities based on the weekly workload
- Help keep routes organized and jobs running smoothly
- Communicate issues, opportunities, and customer feedback
- Take increasing ownership of field operations as experience grows

- Leadership potential and interest in taking on additional responsibility over time
- Previous window-cleaning experience is not required. Previous sales, customer service, field service, supervisory, or leadership experience is a plus.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
